In order to keep this post brief I've included all the guides as links: The guides have been designed with the efficiency of resource usage for each tier in mind. This should account for most of the preferences for gathering skills. I've tried to include a few different methods to go from 0-200 in each crafting skill. Hopefully, it serves as a nice quick reference for some of you and will allow you to get started on some planning. I've run the math on the resource requirements for leveling so you can see how much fun that 150-200 bracket will be.
